Over the weekend a butterfly landed on Joshua’s pocket.

It was an unexpected surprise and a little bit magical. It got me thinking about how delightful the small things in life are that we don’t try to make happen.

butterfly in my pocket. i love it. it reminds me of that card you have in the store by the Regional Assembly of Text. It’s a line drawing of a girl’s stomach filled with well-illustrated butterflies (and they spin!).
