It has been surprisingly hard to find pre-made bows to sell in the shop that aren’t tacky. That’s why finding these hand folded paper bows from Avie was a victorious moment for me. These little cuties are the perfect gift topper (and make it look like you spent hours gussying up the gift). We now have them in the shop and they’re available in two sizes with a message or without.

Hey Parcel Post readers, you might be wondering where I’ve been as of late since my blogging has been so sparse these days. Well, I’m head-deep in multiple projects right now. Besides my normal work each day for Urbanic here’s what I’ve been up to … 1. throwing a baby shower for a good friend, 2. planning a baptism for my son 3. working on beautifying the inside and back yard our home and 4. EXPANDING URBANIC! whooo-hooo! I use all caps very sparingly, so please know that I am in fact shouting this. I’m shouting it from the rooftops I’m so excited! We have outgrown our tiny space and are tearing down a wall to create more room. There will be more space to shop, more shelves full of product and more room to host our brides and grooms in our bridal lounge. We will be open for business throughout the expansion so please pardon our dust in the meantime. We expect to be finished sometime in late fall. Until then, I will definitely be keeping you posted!

Today I bring you Pinterette Press. I discovered this line at the National Stationery Show in May and knew instantly it was perfect for Urbanic. Seriously, how cute are the jam and pickles note cards? They come assorted in a box with recipes for peach preserves, strawberry jam, and dilled pickles.
We recently received a fun new shipment of assorted lovelies from Kate Spade at Urbanic. I’m talking journals, notepads, stationery box sets and thank you notes with themes of candy stripes, glam safari, confetti and vintage post. The whole collection is dreamy to say the least. On a side note did i really just describe these as “glam safari”? what is happening to me? haha! Okay, scaring myself a little, but regardless – if i ever was to actually go on a safari one day, I’d definitely hope it to be glam.

We just got an amazing shipment in at Urbanic from Rifle. Are you sitting?! The below are sets of assorted ‘hello’ cards depicting 4 different ways to say hello. (telephone, conversation, telegram and letter). The color combo of charcoal ink and gold foil is total perfection. I’m thinking the only danger in having a set like this is loving them way too much to send.
It’s always fun to discover creative talent within our customers at Urbanic. I recently met Elaine Chou at the shop who introduced me to her adorable wedding and event invitation collection – PaperMade. If the line isn’t cute enough already, how great are here styling skills?! She has her paper suites divided up by category names. I’ve included three of my faves below.

One thing i love picking out for Urbanic are soaps wrapped up in pretty packages! The minute I laid eyes on these beauties below from Fringe Studio there was no doubt in my mind that we had to have them in shop.
